How can I collect the Arcane parchments? What is the sign that they dropped from the elite boss?

they drop from elite arachna, rendtail, and elite inan'hesh i think. It will show in chat if u loot. But its honestly a lot cheaper and easier to just buy nekro egg

Run it with 0% luck, you might reroll from it to some legendary crap by accident

You are going to have a hard time with the extoplasm. Just buy the nekro. Take the advice. You can liquidate the parchments for a few thousand each. They will keep dropping even after you have them.
