142 Str, the rest in Dex.

Agreed!! Was about to post the same thing but you beat me to it. :D

Just got to 45 just yesterday with my 142 str, rest dex pally. Celebrated by finishing off Sobek alone with no problems - in fact it seemed easier than with my bear, with the dps from spells. (I swore I would absolutely not be in Mynas when I get to 45, and then I happened to join a group who was playing through Map 2, and then left me in Mynas just after I got to 45... :D)

It's a tough build. Can easily tank anything in the game at this point, and doesn't do too badly during rushes either.

I went with 5 points in freeze for rushing, but other than that same skill distribution as you said.

I'd also suggest not wearing full Thoth (once you get to 45) if you're going to tank or rush. Wear 2 or 3 Isis and drink some mana every once in a while if necessary - it's not any more expensive than constantly drinking health pots, and much less dangerous.
