Well, we certainly wouldn't release the event if it didn't work for us. I'm sure we'd also hear it from our vocal player base if the portal wasn't working for everyone else. I found multiple accounts based on your forum info, so I'll need to know which specific character you're seeing this issue with to look into this further.

Also, what happens if you try one of your other characters?

I don't see any valid way for that 'Invalid Zone' message to come up, unless you've got a very specific sort of corruption going on. You might try either clearing data and repatching or reinstalling.

This happened to me, when i:
1. finished Tokras Fel quest
2: Had 0 energy left up in bar
3. Clicked on Turn In Tokras Fel quest from quests
4. Tried to click on Rylie Rusk in town, but space on keyboard registered portal

Easy fix: just re-enter town.

Maybe move Rylie Rusk a little away from portal?
