Turn Armor into vanity

People have been begging for this for many years. Instead of having a forgotten vanity event. Let us turn armor/sets into vanity. I got a couple of ideas on how I think this would work. First of all, just simply make a recipe that you can use on any any armor/helmets to turn into vanity. Or just make another sirspendalot where you can buy a recipe for idk 5-10m gold. Let's say an epic recipe cost 2m/legendary 4m/mythic 6 and so on. Please reconsider this, I beg again. There are many people who have very rare armor sets that were released in the first few years of the game who would love to wear them in pve or pvp.

You might not be able to change "any" equipment you want into vanities but all the forgotten vanity event is: is old equipment and armors made into vanities. No old forgotten vanities brought back. Dont really understand the name. I dislike it because some of the old equipment thats been kept for nearly a decade is pretty much worthless now. Not that any of it was super high in price but still...

He implies that you should suggest those collectible items that you want to get them turned to vanities to the development team when they ask suggestions to the community on what items they want returning as vanities during the "forgotten vanity event".

They did take suggestions last year so they will do it this year too. Mind you, this will release new sets as vanity only and removes hassle of getting a recipe and turning a old set into a vanity manually by us players.

If they implement this then we have one less event. And if I’m not mistaken the forgotten vanity event is just a buffer event so players can rest for a week if they don’t like to play it.

Having 1 less event isn't the problem buddy. Now adays the max we go without an event let it be small or big is 1 weeks. Now what the problem IS is sts releasing old school wepons as vanities that veterans have

Sts has done things differently from your perspective and continue to do what they think are right. Btw exclusives are items that have gone rare with time and the community labelled them as such.

There has been no indication that they may or may not return.
Until they return to the forgotten event, they will be rare and exclusive and become dirt cheap when it does.

I don't understand your aggression and deflection to all what I'm saying even tho I'm not asking you we are asking sts. I'm giving feedback and your saying "sts doesn't need your feedback. They've ran this game good without your feedback and will continue to do so without your feedback" which I find it funny because you're wrong in all of that. If anything, they are asking for feedback more then they have ever been. This game have had multiple request implemented into the game and as events. and who I am matters because? I like the old collectibles returning as vanities for 2 reasons.
1.) Old collectibles can now be worn with gear and acts as a way of bringing usability to old forgotten designs which are either rare or under leveled and can't be worn apart from standing in towns and houses.

2.) Opportunity for bringing back criers/ heraldics etc always is a possibility since they aren't LB oriented... So that expectation is good to know. And past sets like nightmare sets /imbued sets were a godsend.

I wouldn't mind the event so much if sts would let the people that own old stuff turn them into vanities if they chose to. Like kershal and a few other items were done. I know it would stop the flow of incoming oldies being mass produced for everyone and anyone to get but if there isn't any line drawn then nothing is worth collecting.
