After the carnival event, I had an idea came to mind.
We have egg Zavier who has a chance to drop eggs of all kinds. Maybe we could have a mini boss within the carnival event who is similar to that of egg Zavier but instead of eggs drops vanities of all kinds.
This could potentially help bring a majority of the 'dead' vanity sets back to life and be seen more frequently around Arlor. Keep in mind of course that LB & Bound vanities in theory shouldn't be loot-able, but a majority of the others can. Maybe you could even add some sort of a rarity 'tier' list to the drop table of loot-able vanity possibilities.
