An Endgame Character

I was just wondering if an endgame char is acutally worth it:) Like in money. And is pvp good at endgame?
Also, I am wondering how long it will take to get to 66 with thrasher pwnage punch for 60 mins.

Level doesn't rally effect money too much.. Depends if u wanna merch or farm gold.... It will take some time from 1-66.. Although cap is
71... Anyways, there are couple of threads that tell u how much xp needed for each level, for example for thrashed or double xp or just normal...
