Set bonus?

Does the enchanted gem star or enchanted gemstone wand or the enchanted gem shard wand complete bracer set?

Also what about the staffs? Do both work?

Not that I recall. I believe the Gemstone staff is only one. Go to the "Traders Market" and look at Yanis's thread for Sewer gear. It is stickied.

Gem stone and gem blast both produce a set bonus. Gemstone is more superior though, but gem blast has AoE to make up for lower damage

Only wand that gives bonus is Enchanted Gemstone Wand. Both staffs give a set bonus, however only the Enchanted Gemstone Staff gives the green sparkles along with the substantial bonus (50 Mana, 8 or so MS, etc), Gem blast gives a bonus with both MM and Enchanted, but it's more basic.
