Today was the first time I've had to buy pots since humania. Since when could you only buy 60? And they seem to have gotten a little more pricey.

They took out the 100 for some reason that I don't know!:/ They took it out with the Humania expansion! I suggest farming potions! If you need help, search my guide in the search engine: How to farm POTIONS!

I've used your guide in the past. I've just gotten lazy buying them en mass in the guild hall. I suppose I wouldn't mind paying a little extra, but I do wish I could still get the 100. So do you think they were trying to cover up the price increase?

Meh, I don't really know why they did it, but there were a couple of complaints about them removing the 100 pack!

Maybe it's an attempt at a gold sink, I dunno

That's correct.

The 100 potions pack option was removed when humania came out. Now its 20 gold per potion rather than 15 gold per potion.

For profit. Isn't it obvious?

It profits no one.

It's a tiny gold sink.

Well...not for beginners who choose to buy pots with plat because pots are too expensive for them?

All my lowbies farm pots. And when I started, I mostly farmed pots (did not have enough gold for both items AND pots). It's probably the difference between just buying stuff and seeing if it drops for free first.

They could raise the price of potions but still sell them in 100 increments. With all the changes, oddly it's not being able to buy potions in 100-packs that kinda irked me the most. I have ocd, what can i say.
