I'm not getting totems anymore from the bosses. is this a bug or am i to high level now to complete this quest?

You can be lvl 71 and do the quest. Just move on to other bosses.
I'm guessing these are the totems for Cyber? Sorry I haven't done the quests in forever! If it is, then I'd suggest killin the Keeper, he usually drops 2! You don't always get one from a boss, one time I remember killing 6 bosses and not getting any? Just takes time!
