Is it just me or the portal is buggy, often times have to spam, and unfortunately sometimes wasted portal and elix time because of it. T^T

If you doing a party run you can just join yoir party member by clicking their icon in left of your screen.But if you running random,judt leave.@.@.This always happens whenever zavier event.Its part of event.I can confirm

i think there's some mobs need to be killed or barrels or stuffs (especially if u are a rogue) , u can get away a little from the portal and then try again , u can also click on the portal directly

Like most other portals of this sort, you can't enter if recently in combat.
