Title/achievement Suggestion

There are a few in the community who have pvp toons with their PvE kills locked at 1337, why not make an achievement at 1337 kills called "ELITE"? Heck we already have it on the forums and i know people ingame definitely wouldn't mind (Though they probably wouldn't care since everyone would have it :p).
