Gold loot passive

Is it intended that it would always give 5% goldloot despite having goldloot from different sources? Description says "this value is affected by other gold loot % modifiers", what is considered as gl% modifiers? aren't gl awakens, gl location, gl pets modifiers?

It's added to the rest of your gold loot %, like everything else.
