I have a problem with offers and videos and elixirs

For two days or so they keep coming back and going away again. Earlier logged in from my house using WiFi, no offers. Now outside logged in using data and there was offers. I don't want to get banned because of this.

Same issue started during last event but it sure if this is related to connection. Couldn't get elixirs due to this.

Before, i could Watch many ads after another np. Now if i watch one, the ads become unavailable unless i relog, this is happening since last hotfix but idk due to what

I wonder if they don't want us to get limited free lixes and this is on purpose. Devs????
