Is Luck and Reroll the same or different?

I wanted to hear all the thoughts and opinions from the community about luck an reroll and if anyone has the definite answer on whether they are the same or not and if they aren't the same what are the differences? Me and some friends tried out both during eggzavier and we found that reroll was usually better but they could've just been luckier. If anyone knows for sure please leave a reply below. Thanks!

Luck and re roll are not the same.. in fact geng bao Timur and Feng all have luck know instead of re roll.i never like re roll anyways.. . My luck is over 100% and I can loot over 100 gold elite puzzle in one day.m
