Hey Master, first of all players will get very mad if you don't include the players who are 71 (majority of 'elite' players) and also tournaments require a lot more organization. There is a Tournament Competitions page and Devs give you access to make brackets. You need to be a little more specific with your rules. Check this thread out to give you an idea...
