zodias error

zodias (normal and elite) portals can be accessed by any character any level . you need to put a L76 requirement on the portal . thanks

Also a requirement for only elite zodias be accesed for 81 level, ik that we could make pt but some times run random seems fun, also i believe level 80- can't do much on those elite maps...about normal mode maybe 76 requirement should be enough...
