Have to say that 10% chance to panic (stun) on samael passive is a big lies, he stuns with chance 1% (in pvp)

you dont need more, thats all you need to know. ;) it's just a stun thats it.

No, not the same as stun. Stun has a cooldown timer. Panic does not

If you get stunned, you can't be stunned again for either 5 or 7 seconds, can't remember haven't pvped in years. You can be panicked back to back

Back before they ruined how pets move, you could push your pet in front of you. When i would vs people, I would push nekro in front of me at the start and panic them at max range, then go in for bow stun, and they would die without even responding

if stuns were the same as panick, that wouldn't be possible.

Oh yeah! This was a common combo for mages back then to except we used Clyde/Slag then followed with a fireball. I remember this was what led to stun getting a nerf because we could terrify > FB stun > weapon stun and pretty much have someone stun locked for a while. Idk about back to back terrify, but I know you can terrify then stun immediately after, but you can't stun and then instantly stun again, meaning they are different, but serve the same purpose (disabling your opponent). Like Law I haven't PvP in a while so maybe they changed this [emoji2369]

I've never seen orrick or hydra got PANIC lols, usual stun also working on SOME bosses, same about freeze, its not about type of stun you use against bosses, it's about bosses have/haven't immune to those things
