Health issue for these two Elite Zodias mini bosses

The Scorpion Jellyfish from Elite Newland Star and Green Merman from Elite Abyssal deep/Elite Sanctuary of Secrets relatively have very low health, same as the normal mode ones. The team could have forgotten to tweak their health and probably their overall difficulty as well.
