Lucky pet passive

I just realized 5% passive is not for me but others only.
I always thought I'm a part of pt so I would get that 5% too.

Is this mean to be like this?
I'm not complaining or anything just wanna make sure.

My lucky gives 5%luck for me but with some delay and not synchronized with showed buff

It gives 5% to other members of party but not to pet holder.

My luck set without pet is 69%.
And with lucky+Feng, I get 99%.
Then I realized I'm missing 5%.
So I tested with my wife.
When she has lucky, I get 104%.

Same happened to her stats too.
When I have lucky, she gets 5% more.
But other pets, 5% less.


We both can use Lucky and I see many people uses lucky in random runs so it's not a big deal.
I'm just curious if this was intended and want to make sure if I understand how it works right.

I tested again and noticed Lucky has green circle when it started to attack. And when it appears, 5% applied too.
Idk what happened on last test lol. Something messed up.

I found that I have 109% sometimes too, maybe lucky 5% stacks too.
