Crafting drops to lvl67??

Does anyone know if the recipes or diamond items will drop to me if I am only level 67? Or are these considered level 70 items??

They drop to anyone with access to Humania.
Even level 1s on that elixir.

Not sure how i would react when a level 3 character in humania gets a sun god bow.....

And gems and diamonds can drop to any level.

Well, I'm not convinced yet. I've done about 25-30 monster bash runs since the update, most with a full group of 5 players, and I was on shamus luck elixer for all of them, so that's about 125-150 bosses killed. I saw 7 or 8 Ocean Blue Diamons drop and about a dozen recipes. The other players were all lvl70 & 71, I'm lvl 67. None of the crafting stuff fell to me.

Also, I have an even bigger concern. I think they have lowered the drop rates on Lvl66, perhaps to make it more rare like Lvl56 glyph. Out of these 25-30 monster bash runs I only got a single pink. But that is not my only reason for thinking this. Before the update, when doing monster bash runs with the shamus luck elixer. about 75% of the drops usually ended up being purples (re-rolls from greens). This time even purples were only coming around 20% of the time, and most of the drops were greens (re-rolls from oranges). There was a huge difference from before.

I'm going to try a few more runs at Lvl67, and if this continues then it is clear I'm wasting my time farming 66 gear, and I will just turn my XP back on and level up to 70 to join the crafting party.

Finally got an ocean blue diamond, so this confirms that anyone can get one no matter what level you are.

Wow, thanks for clearing that up. All these months since this thread was posted I've been searching for them, so now I know that they don't exist. :stupid:
