My friends and I had experienced some weird transactions and our platinums are gone. Did anyone else had this experIence?

Please change your password and check if someone else had your account. Also check your account to see what was bought withyour plat. Giving your account to others may result to things like that...

Hmm, I nvr divulge any login info as u can see I'm very stingy with my plat and I earn them through offer. I will change my password regularly from now on but I hope something can b done as I feel it's quite sad that after so much effort, everything is gone..

Happenes to me too. I lost over 27 plat via free offers to see the plat on my friends account who logged 3-5 hours ago via my phone. I was logged in but he got te plat... Weird...

Go to spacetime nexus either by the plat store "earn free plaitnum" or Menu>Nexus...
From there go to 'My Account' then Purchase History
Check everything out carefully & if there are purchases that you DIDNT make... Email support & change your password

I havent gotten my plat from free offers yet. I play all the games until level 10 and the plat are still on pending for a week.
