When I try to get into the game I'm stuck into the loading screen and it just says contacting support, I've been waiting for 5 minutes and nothing and ik is not my wifi cuz I'm playing another online game at the same time. Any explanation?

Try clearing cache or reinstall al

Try turning ur internet off and then back on?
