Can your players get a clear answer on this?

Researching about the Haste% stat and how it works, it seems that this is either some misinformation or maybe some kind of miscommunication between the players and developers.


It is 100% obvious that Haste% currently effects your normal attacks and not only skill cooldown as dev answers have said.

Is that a bug? I came across many threads denying that it works with basic attacks, which is obviously not true, both parties know that.

Is there some other buff within Haste that decreases your basic attack cooldown?

Haste reduces the time between regular attacks as well. I use it to shoot really fast with my hyperos (proc ebon and hyperos). I heard that haste does not apply to bow regular attacks, but I cannot confirm.

There's not a cap, but you get diminishing returns beyond 70%.
