No custom armor effects on the avatar and inv screens

While wearing custom plasmatech armor there's no effect on the avatar and inventory screens. There is an effect while your running around town and doing PvE maps. I don't know if this is only for custom plasmatech or all custom armors. I only own custom plasmatech.

So many bugs in this new update...I thought that was the reason it was post-poned.. :/
Anyways, I have the same bug with Cust. Mega & Titan-Tech armor. The little sparkles aren't showing up. (Samsung Epic 4G Galaxy S)
