No effect while using razer+electro-blocker on avatar and inv screen

There's no effect when you have the razer+electro-blocker equipped on your toon while your on the avatar and inventory screen. The same problem also happens when you have the nova and blackstar shield equipped to.

This happens with all sets also, you can see the set effect in town but not on the avatar page.
