Twistabel NPC already offers fortified jewel infusion recipes for fable coins so it would be nice to have shattered jewel recipes added to her goods.
Non-primary jewels like lightning, water, etc are rarely used so many probably just liquidate them without bothering to craft.
This would bring at least some incentive to craft it.
