does anyone have a new guild which the master has to be cool and be on often also has to be tier 3 and do contests let me know

You are asking too much from any guild that would want to recruit you.
Guilds exist only because of their community. It does not matter if it is tier 3 or not. Also, lower your expectations on contests. Not all guilds do contests, they have the guild community that are usually busy farming or enjoying the ambience of togetherness here.
