Double Chance on Finding the Elusive bosses mini event

In the past such event happened at least once after community's request to complete the Elusive 4 achievement.

It was quite long ago and years after that people would probably appreciate such thing happening again as weekend mini event (something like Grinder's event now) to find and complete Elusive 4, Evasive 6, Phantom 5. Would mostly help with Hardcore achievements.

add the ultra rare boss in zodias elite maps if this event will come true. Been running since day1 and will almost complete the 1k elite boss and yet not a single 1 rare boss found. Spawn rate is too low

New portals can be challenging, not RNG based achievements that got nothing to do with hitting the top player leaderboard mark.
