@OP Arcane Armor isn't coming May 4th. It was mentioned it won't be in the next 2 months. People do pretty much know exactly when Awakening Event is as well. What you are seeing is a combo of things, one of which is lack of sellers to drive price down.
@#5: The game told people to buy blue gems at 30k, not you. It's never been a secret to stock awake gems for new gear lmao. Only reason im even addressing it is because the comment reeks of arrogance.
