So far the Rusk Industries event is pretty disappointing imo. The unlocked crates are not rewarding enough to make me want to farm this event compared to grinder's day. The grinder's day unlocked crate was better since you would get gold and elixirs, but this event's unlocked crate gives junk gear. Unlocked and locked crates, which make up almost the entirety of this event, are notorious for having bad rng. Here's some suggestions that might improve the event and any future events involving unlocked crates:
1.Remove legendary and epic gear from crates
2.Add the pet essence system or some form of a pity system to unlocked crates
-This is to reward those that invest hundreds of hours into farming and opening and getting nothing out of it
-This only applies to unlocked crates purchased with tokens
