Im not sure if this has already been suggested but i am hoping that elite vanity items are stashable. I dont see why not ;)

Meh, this has already been suggested 1000 times. Devs will never make elite vanities stashable.

It would defeat the purpose of capping multiple characters. Which equals less elixer bought. Which equals less plat bought. FYI anything that means less $$ for STS isnt going to be implemented.
