I know me too hands hurt. I think only time I had got shard is while on elixer. Maybe that makes a difference?
But I know for a fact ive got at least 10 shards there.

Ive definitely gotten shards in Dead End....
and I got the majority of my shards in Fanged Face Off...which is one of the maps I thought the Eagle drops...

Yeah, eagle does drop there, I farmed 2 whilst farming for shards

Yeah I got probably 10 purified fire shards and an undead mask also from Dead End.

Can anyone confirm a vanity drop on Dead End since last nights update?
Spent a good 3 hours last night going through every map to see if a shard dropped...Marked off about 16 maps, including Dead End...

Cara misstated something in these pics. Shards dropping in a map have nothing to do with if a mask drops there. He meant only one event mask can drop in that map. One sec, lemme find the post with him clarifying.

To be clear I meant that one mask found in a mission means the other masks won't be there. It's possible to find a map that supports both masks and shards, sorry for the confusion on that one! I wasn't misquoted, but I was incorrect in my statement upon reflection.

I think cara meant that if you get a shard drop, you will not get a vanity drop in that run. If you get a vanity drop, you will not get a shard drop on that run. That makes more sense.
