Guild chat not working

The guild chat on one of my characters isn't working right. I can't see any messages, but when I send a message others can see it. Works fine on other characters. Please fix, thanks :-)

Menu > Options > Social Options > Disable Guild Chat. Uncheck it.

Try the steps above. If it still doesn't work let us know.
