Recently, after the patches, it seems that whenever a notification such as a SMS or whatsapp appears, the joypad will freeze in a certain direction for around 3 seconds before I regain control of it. In the past, when these occurred, all I would get is a few moments of choppiness (reduced FPS). Now I'm getting both the choppiness and the freezing of the joypad. Could any iphone users confirm if this is true, or has it always been the case since previous patches?
