It appears the god of STS have finally smiled upon me OR they just reimbursed me for my wasted PLAT on eclipse.....either way....FIRST TRY! I GOT MY BRACELET....AND I DON'T EVEN CARE HOW WORTHLESS IT IS.!! HAHHHAAA

combining will always yield the bracelet, the item required to do so is a drop. I believe he was lucky in finding the shard in the first try :)

My thoughts exactly cuz I've done it once and got the bracelet too. Idk but I think the descriptions said get a fire shard to combine it and it will create the bracelet.... Doesn't say anything about a "chance" at getting one. X.x
