I'm a level 25, and interested in buying the platinum weapon Icy Talons. I haven't bought just platinum weapons but rather bundles so I don't know much about buying only weapons. Are the stats for this weapon the same just measured to equal each level? If so, could someone tell me what they might be for my level?

Immortalius lvl25
39 damage, 62.5 dps, 31 atk, 11 def, 30 hea
Kriegberg Helix lvl26
38 damage, 60.8 dps, 41 atk, 14 def, 20 hea
Firebrand lvl26
40 damage, 64.2 dps, 31 atk, 12 def, 40 hea
Also, Firebrand, Pestilence, Immortalius, share the same stats. Hope this helps you in your purchase decision.
