I have just noticed the Infested Deck Event quest says:

So are we getting the Pulse Cannon no matter what? If not, then what are we getting if we fail the 2,000,000 eggs. It says it can be turned in at the end of the week so I wondered if we are getting a reward no matter what occurs..

i think it says you can only turn in the quest "after" the event and "if" we did kill 2million eggs

other than that, its pretty straight forward. no 2mill egg bashed = no pusle rifle

The quest item is a Pulse Accelerator Cannon, what we're getting for 2 million eggs is a Pulse Rifle.

The cannon is probably just back up if we don't get 2 million eggs so people can't complain that they didn't get anything for smashing so many eggs.

In the first place, it was meant to be "give-a-ways"... so you guys can't say this event was a failure if we do not reach the 2mil.
And for those people who only killed eggs for the xp, stop moaning cos' they clearly said its not a double xp weekend to LvL up your alts. IMO lol.

Well we don't have a live counter it's always possible we are way passed it and STS is just trying to keep the event alive although that's unlikely
