Nobody. Secure trade was implemented months ago. Since then scamming has been impossible. I'm really starting to get sick of people whining about not knowing how to spend their money, and calling anyone they overpay a scammer. Seriously, stop. If you find someone exploiting the trade system in some way, fine they're a scammer, and should be reported, but someone who you give too much gold to for an item is not in any way a scammer.
