I've seen a few bugs in pvp in the past few weeks.

For one, if your a bird or bear, if you try using restore while moving it will not work. Secondly, For whatever reason (I cannot figure out what triggers it) sometimes the mana shield will not work while fighting bears in pvp.

Maybe it's a hidden ability for bears O_o but the restore thing needs to be fixed ASAP In my opinion
