Invalid Zone?

While in runs , sometimes im not able to go in portal nd it shows this invalid zone.

If sometimes - what are some details?

If every time - I would recommend deleting and reinstalling the game. Make sure you have plenty of space for all of the game data. Also, are you traveling and playing on a mobile device? If so can you make this happen if you stay in one place for a while?

Okay so how this is exactly happening is.
Like we all lb runners like to run through quests and join map, so
Once the run is over, We Go to menu, click on our quest.
Once we click on The quest we get to the nearest point at which we can reach portal in short distance.
Once we get here and try to go through portal it shows Invalid zone.
