found an eagle mask, how rare is it and worthy?

Hi I am happy to find my first vanity eagle mask, just wondering how rare is it? and how much is it worth?

And we buy/sell vanities in auction house?

It's rare, I've been farming for it for a while now with no success. Price is negotiable, but I bought a snake mask for 20k if that helps. People seem to like eagle more, however, so you could probably get more for it. Ask around. Vanities can't be auctioned yet.
