It was available in bday event but it was like not worth cuz lot tokens and every year its very cheap so almost no one bought it.

Being a merchant in Arcane Legends means embracing the trade meta - and asking us how many of a certain item exist (or are in circulation or are in stashes, inventories of banned players vs. active players, etc., etc.) cheats that meta.
