Welcome to the Angels Of The Apocalypse (A.O.T.A.) recruiting thread!

A.O.T.A. is an established guild, but one that is always looking to add new members that enjoy PVP (CTF & DM) & PVE (3D missions) to our family. We do own a top of the line guild hall mansion which our members can enjoy to get away from the busy street and shops of Carvina; in here you will find a safe to store your loot, a vamp to sell you discounted blood packs, and a private place to change your attire/outfits! We do have a big guild membership which can easily add value to your Dark Legends experience. If you need in-game assistance for PVE maps, whether it be to level up or to farm, our friendly members can assist you if they are not in a PVP match. We do have an elite PVP team of players that excel in CTF and consist of level 30-31 players. If you would like to tryout for this team or setup another one (DM as well) at a specific level within the guild please contact me in game or one of our officers. Alternatively, since our guild is very large, you should be able to find players of similar level to accompany you on a mission, ctf, or dm level.


GUILD RULES & WEBSITE: http://aotadl.guildlaunch.com (1) No drama, insults, or scamming of fellow members. (2) No overtly inappropriate conversations using guild chat which gets displayed to whole guild. (3) No begging for gold or items. (4) Be active in guild hall and guild chat. Being visible and making a good reputation is great way to help you get promoted to officer role. (5) You must be a team player in both PVP and PVE maps. Any other rules pertaining to our guild will be explained to you by one of our officers via guild chat, or at guild hall meeting to introduce you. (6) SEE BELOW FOR PROMOTIONS. Failure to comply with these rules may result in several warnings (i.e. guild chat warning / pm warning / boot / guild chat reason for boot to members) from our officers that may lead and justify in your removal from our guild. An immediate boot will be authorized for repeat offenders who have no extensive history in our guild; that have not positively contributed to AOTA; and continue to harass its members.


OFFICER MEETING TIMES: Saturdays at 2PM EST & Sundays at 2PM EST in guild hall


NIGHTLY SOCIALS @ CLUB MANSION: Weekdays from 8PM EST, and on weekends from 2-3PM EST in guild hall. Just show up, dress code optional and no cover charge for members! Drinks served in house courtesy of our licensed bartender [Jerryclyde]. Spontaneous guild socials maybe arranged when our guild photographer [castdown] is online. Looking for ELITE endgame/level capped players who consistently play and excel at CTF with their own build. Regardless of whether you are a defensive or offensive minded player, we will find a role for you to play on our team. Your behaviour in any CTF match represents our guild, so to be be considered to represent AOTA in a guild battle(s), not only must you be talented, but you must also be a courteous player and not teach talk others. NEED HELP?: We have many guild members of different level rank. If you need specific assistance with a level, you can always ask using guild chat. Just state your level and that you need help. Remember that Dark Legends will only allow players of roughly +3/-3 level rank difference to play in any given level or pvp arena. So if your a level 12 member and need help on a specific map, then only a guild member of level 9-15 can help you.

Officer UNKNOWABLE: Thinking of joining A.O.T.A? You should because we are an active guild that gives active in-game and forum members an opportunity to progress, level, and eventually become officers within a very large guild. A.O.T.A is a guild full of people of DIFFERENT LEVELS, have fun, and don't accept bullys. This is a guild that don't purposely CYBERBULLY And if we bully we don't mean to but we have lots of people who are funny (That joke alot) <-------Like me Unknowable :)). A.O.T.A is friendly guild who are currently recruiting so you should JOIN US. Our master is Samarah. She friendly and a PRO AT CTF. We do lots of picture (Castdown is our own A.O.T.A Photographer). Thanks Float! Means a lot ... if you ask me I'd say everyone is fairly good, each player knows their role and does it pretty well. For ctf some are better at defense or offense, I'd say I could do either, but maybe not as well as say a specialist who excels in one or the other.

We have other officers that are dont excel in ctf or dm, but are very good with the social side of the game on guild chat to welcome members and help them with pve.

Be prepared for server downtimes and extra lag that may happen. With alot of ppl online that also means there are more scammers out there in dark legends. Be aware of what your dealing with and the ppl you talk to. If a deal sounds 2 good 2 be true it probably is. Dont let someone try on clothes before buying. Dont loan money out 2 ppl u barely know. If you are unsure of a deal you are beening offered dont take it, and consult a more knowledgable player. If a stranger comes to you and says that another AOTA member said it was ok to do something do not believe them and ask the AOTA member if that was said. Basically use common sense and have fun playing dark legends. Just dont make yourself a victim.

I would suggest a timed CTF for any guild war, and a posting of a lineup for this match prior to it occurring to be fair. 8bit is more deeper than AOTA in terms of pvp and can substitute-in quality players at will if one of theirs tires, or gets disconnected.

Would need a few days prior to organize, preferably on a weekend.

Also Unknown, if you want, we can give the responsibilities to be main CTF officer for AOTA, just like castdown and angelxdarkness are leads for AOTA survivor challenges.

Make sure you have a 2nd officer to judge. Cast can go over procedures with you. Make sure you only administer test on weekend, and one chance. If they pass, let me know and I will go over guild policies on boots and being active in game so they know what our officer expectations are. Alternatively, you can explain in my absence.

This is a great guild, but this game is a LOT different than the other Legends games.. You'd have to join to know what I mean by that :-)

Depends man.. Unlike the other legends games, there isn't gear..

You have Gems, and Weapons. Vanities are optional, and kills can be gained after you cap. There also is no chat filter because the game is supposed to be for mature-er players, but people still complain.

No, i mean Gems ARE your gear.. Vanities are the main thing in DL, otherwise, you're stuck with the 2 they give you at the start.

Wouldnt have done it without our talented and commited team of officers; recruiters; and members. They have grown this guild, this thread, and our website into a fun place to spend time and to escape the realities of school/work.

Would have moved on to other mobile games if it wasnt for ya all. Instead AOTA is one of the longest standing and active guilds in the game for either pvp, pve farm, or chatting!!!!

In regards to lag, guess it depends for each user ... I and others have no problems pulling in constant ping of 50-100 though.

Max is 18, I just checked and I am at level 36. Do you have a screenshot of someone with 19? Can you please post. Might be a photoshop job or an administrator. Otherwise max is 18.

Why should we update the thread when AOTA itself isn't what it once was? Most of the members are inactive and those who are active are mostly idiots. Besides some of te officers do have alts in Angels still.

my guild was on top and popular but a traitor officer delete all members only 12 officers left
