Why this leaderboard banner dont have effects? like the eyes and mouth not glowing or maybe make the eyes same like forni helm?

A little bit too late to make changes on leaderboard rewards, for the next event preview if u have any doubts regarding any of the lb rewards try asking on the preview thread b4 said event goes live, many players decide whether they want to run or not for lb based on the preview's information so making changes once the event goes live is pretty unfair for those who decided not to run.
