Disable Auto Leveling Question

Currently, my character in DL still has the game leveling my powers for me. I'm a level 25. I've noticed some players in game who already have the Usurper title (using every skill once). I'm not able to use some of my skills until I reach a certain level, e.g. 28, 32. If I disable the auto leveling would I be able to respec, like in PL, and use any skill or will I still have this limit? If I am able to respec how much does it cost? In your opinion, would it be worth it? I don't pvp, only pve for me.

It is 8 plat to respec skills...and as soon as you place a skill point, you cannot take it back. Meaning if you mess up during a respec, it'll cost you another 8 plat.


I've messed up my respecs many times...do so carefully :D
And yes it's worth it if you wish to explore the skills.

Well I went against my plan stated above and decided to go ahead and disable auto. Gotta say, glad I did.
