Why Bows Can't Be Buffed With Haste?

Correct me if I am wrong, all weapon in the game can be used to attack faster (Daggers, Sword, Aegis, Staff, Gun) at normal attacks, EXCEPT from bow weapons.
Why is that?

Covered many, many times. Haste affects cooldowns only. How useful that is depends on the behavior of the particular ability.
