There would be 3 for each of the existing classes and have slots for:
weapon (either gear or vanity)
helmet (either gear or vanity)
armor (either gear or vanity)
belt
ring
pendant
artifact
banner vanity
backpack vanity
aura vanity
Fully equipped mannequin would look like an actual player but without titles/badges/etc - somewhat similar to boss image.
Rationale
There are some individual items and sets that have really nice visual effects and it would be cool to see it in our houses
Existing holders are static and do not include body - it is critical for mages as most of their gears look weird in holders
