OMG Eliptical Gem question help please

I saw Eliptical as the daily deal so i bought it. I thought it was a lvl 25 item, but when i bought it and got it after like my 6 or 7th try. I got it as a lvl 22 eliptical gem. Is It suppose to do that?!?! omg this sucks. Does this mean if i want an eliptical gem for my lvl i'll have to get to lvl 25 then buy another one?

Yes, that is correct. All plat items, gems and weapons, will be scaled to your current level. The stats for the lvl25 version is 31 attack, 9 defense, 25 health. Lvl21 has 26 attack, same def & health. Your lvl22 really isn't that much weaker. I imagine probably a 27 or 28 attack. Really not that huge of a deal.

oh okay, good to know that stats doesnt differ much. But is there an eliptical gem for lvl 26? Or plat packs does not go to elite lvls?

Yes, there would also be a lvl26 version. All plat items, gems and weapons, are available for lvl3 to current cap lvl.
