Requirements for obd quest?

So i had just leveled up to 63 in fang and went straight to the lost villas for the obd quest. Im already working on the quest on my bear but the quest wasnt available for me... So i thought i had to clear humania first. Did thst, still no quest.

So this made me wonder if there were any special prerequisites to obtain the obd quest like a certain level or anything? Just want to grt my diamonds for crafting like everyone does :)

Perhaps you have to do the other humania quests first. I don't know...

Idk..but def not quests..i have yet to do a single quest with 5 of my 65 n up toons and i am currently doin obd quests wit all toons

My thought was lvl 65 or higher...

Pretty positive you have to be 65/66 to do obd quest but Im not positive.
