quest bugs.. or otherwise?

I for some reason cannot access this one quest.. bacause there is no quest symbol on the research terminal, even though it asks me to do so... in the other picture there is no "Go to" button in the upper right messages... is this a bug? Or am i missing anything... (new to the forum.. pls excuse me if i have not followed any rule)

That particular quest is a daily quest. You have to keep doing it daily to receive the last 4 or 5 quests.
